Nyon Region Police is recruiting a: Head of Police Support Brigade Your role As the head of the Police Support Brigade, you assist your team in resolving tasks related to maintaining public order and peace, while ensuring the safety of the municipalities in the Nyon Region Police territory, enforcing laws and regulations. Main responsibilities Supervise the writings and reports of your brigade; Establish the daily work of your team and support the development of personnel under your supervision; Maintain public order and peace; Ensure the enforcement and respect of laws and regulations; Manage the Police Support missions and related tasks. Profile You are recognized as someone with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of adapting to changes while taking a meta position during your decision-making. Additionally, you possess excellent skills in team management that enable you to unite your team to promote a healthy dynamic within your unit. You particularly have: Federal Police Officer diploma or an equivalent title; CCI-VD diploma (CCII condition, must be willing to follow the prerequisite of at least 2 years, involving personnel management); High stress resistance and good hygiene; Acute sense of reactivity and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances; Autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility; Ease in communication.
