A demanding client base, cutting-edge technological competence, a strong appetite for innovation, and a culture oriented towards results are the main characteristics of its success.To strengthen the management team, we are looking for the futureChief Financial Officer – CFOAs a member of the management team, you assume responsibility for the areas of finance and accounting, management control, and IT. Your tasks include financial accounting and liquidity management as well as investment and budget planning. Where appropriate, you will develop appropriate management control instruments and determine key performance indicators to support the members of the management team, the CEO, and the Board of Directors. You have the necessary skills to understand complex development and production processes as well as supply chains, and to translate them into efficient financial processes. In addition, you take charge of the management of digitalization projects and other special projects. You lead the development of your teams with competence and with an objective-oriented approach, and you communicate at all levels in an appropriate manner.To succeed in this function, you have a degree in economics (university/university of applied sciences), several years of professional experience in the industrial sector, and mastery of ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics. In addition, you have successfully implemented your knowledge in accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS standards as well as your in-depth know-how in controlling. A good command of English is essential to communicate securely within the group in an international environment.
