Chief Assembler (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Lead a team of assemblers and provide them with specialised technical support;
• Ensure flawless quality assembly within the set deadlines, including monitoring compliance with all safety and cost aspects;
• Coordinate deadlines and plan the implementation of all orders, including assigning assembly orders to assembly staff;
• Participate in site meetings.
• Carry out preparatory work and the actual assembly, from order assignment to handover to the customer.

• Basic technical training; further commercial training would be desirable.
• Several years of assembly experience in the elevator sector and leadership experience are advantages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Good stress resistance.
• Good knowledge of the local language; other languages are an asset.
• Driving licence B mandatory and willingness to travel frequently.
