Head of the Service for Quality of Public Service and Promotion at 80% - 100%The City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:Head of the Service for Quality of Public Service and Promotion at 80% - 100%Your mission /You ensure the leadership and management of the Service. In this capacity, you develop and implement a coherent, innovative, and meaningful institutional strategy, actively contributing to the influence and development of the City. As a true partner to authorities and departments, you steer the internal and external communication of the municipality, advise the various stakeholders in terms of communication, and coordinate promotion and information actions intended for internal and external audiences. You promote the projects, achievements, and events of the City, support those organized by the community, notably Swiss Cultural Capital, and actively participate in highlighting the local socio-cultural richness. You also supervise the production of institutional materials, including the municipal newspaper, and lead structuring projects such as the redesign of the City's website, with particular attention to user experience, accessibility, and institutional branding. The management of social networks (media monitoring, responses to comments and content dissemination, event coverage, video editing, etc.) is also an integral part of the job description. Finally, you represent the City within various organizations, networks, and committees in connection with your field of activity.Your profile / Personal skills /Benefiting from a higher education degree ideally supplemented by a specialization in public relations or marketing (SAWI or equivalent title), you have confirmed experience in a similar function, acquired within a public or para-public institution, an agency, or an organization with high visibility. Endowed with excellent writing skills, you master current communication tools and techniques, including digital and multimedia. You possess confirmed experience in project and personnel management and know how to evolve with ease in a demanding, transversal, and constantly evolving environment.
