Assistant Head Chef at 80% - 100%Site of the EMS in LutryAt Le Marronnier, the staff, supported by the Board of Trustees and the Management, strive to offer a pleasant and warm living and care environment for people in long-term care and welcoming for their families.We are looking for September 1st (or by agreement) a:Assistant Head Chef at 80% - 100%Site of the EMS in LutryWe offer you- An activity rich in meaning, which contributes to developing the skills necessary to meet the challenges of a care environment.- A human environment that favors recognition and the development of skills.- A supportive management team and colleagues who distinguish themselves by their professionalism.- A magnificent working environment, in a modern establishment of human scale.- Working hours and conditions governed by the parapublic health sector collective labor agreement.Mission- Under the supervision of the head chef, contribute to the implementation of the interprofessional support process and ensure that the services provided to beneficiaries and their entourage, particularly in their dietary and nutritional aspects, are of high quality.- Participate in the creation of balanced and varied menu plans and ensure the production of appetizing meals, respecting the habits, tastes, capacities, and nutritional needs of the elderly.- Ensure the preparation and service of lunch and dinner meals.- Participate in the supply and storage of food products and ensure compliance with HACCP standards allowing the kitchen to operate in optimal conditions.- Manage stocks while limiting losses and excess waste.- Participate in the supervision, training, and health/safety at work of the kitchen team.- Participate in the organization and management of events.- Distribute work according to individual skills.- Make every effort to promote interprofessional work.Your profile- You possess a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a cook and dietician cook, or a title deemed equivalent.- You have followed the Professional Trainer (FEE) training in a company.- You benefit from experience in team management and/or training in management.- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.- You are autonomous.- You demonstrate leadership while favoring benevolence in working relationships.- You are comfortable with standard computer tools.- You appreciate contact with the elderly and show interest in human relations.- You master French, spoken and written.- You are willing to work on weekends.Are you interested in this exciting challenge?We look forward to receiving your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas) by June 30th on our job portal.
