Your mission:

• Prepare recipes in accordance with technical sheets and selected products
• Carry out the necessary preliminary preparations
• Ensure plating and sending of dishes respecting the standards

Required skills:

• Good mastery of culinary techniques
• Excellent knowledge of products and use of kitchen equipment
• Strict application of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Quality control of culinary preparations
• Respect for dish presentation standards
• Close collaboration with front-of-house teams
