As head of the Accommodation sector, you will be responsible for the quality and consistency of care within the entire Accommodation sector.MissionYou are responsible for the process of care and medico-technical procedures. In this capacity, you assess the delegability of procedures, based on the needs of the beneficiaries and the skills of the professionals, and guarantee a compliant, secure, tracked, and supervised practice, engaging your responsibility. You are responsible for the care framework, the application of protocols, and the safety of practices in compliance with the needs of the beneficiaries and the principles of the CRPD, particularly in terms of dignity, autonomy, and quality of life. You ensure a transversal role of support, advice, and training for care teams, ensuring consistency between support and care. You contribute to the development, implementation, and evolution of health practices within the institution.
