We are looking, on behalf of a renowned Watchmaking House based in Geneva, for a CFC Micromechanic / CNC Operator to strengthen its production teams.
Your tasks
Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure production complies with quality, quantity and deadline objectives.
- Operate CNC grinding and finishing machines (3-axis and 5-axis).
- Carry out quality checks in accordance with control sequences and defined plans.
- Perform computer data entry related to production and quality monitoring.
- Read and interpret manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric dimensioning).
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by proposing optimisation avenues.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomalies.
Your profile
- Holder of a CFC in Micromechanics, a CFC in Mechanical Practitioner or equivalent training.
- Experience operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Experience in grinding and/or finishing precision components.
- Good mastery of reading technical plans.
- Comfortable with production IT tools.
- Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset.
