Sociocultural Graduate (H/F) - CDL - 60% Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for over 125 years. It promotes a positive view of persons with disabilities and dedicates its skills to their development and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer organization, a private non-profit entity recognized for its public benefit. To complete the team at the Leisure Center, we are looking for a sociocultural graduate (H/F) at a 60% activity rate.Mission: You actively participate in the implementation of activities proposed by the institution. You engage in activities tailored to those frequenting our Leisure Center in a dynamic, social, and free environment.Responsibilities: - Ensure values of inclusion, autonomy, and social interaction.- Promote the broadest possible access to activities for residents and workers.- Work in an interdisciplinary mode and collaborate actively with internal networks. - Carry out tasks related to the persons welcomed, the team, and the desired outcomes.Qualifications:- Degree X or equivalent qualification.- Professional experience in the field marked by the development of offerings and animating large groups of people.- Sense of welcome and conviviality.- Excellent teamwork skills and interfacing with various internal and external partners.- Ease with tasks, prioritization skills, and sense of responsibility.- Good stress management.- Manual skills for the design and production of theater scenery: handy with common tools; autonomy and reliability.- Ability to adapt to variable schedules and available to work several evenings per week.- Driving license for work.We offer the opportunity to participate in the development of a significant institution, to face challenges, and through continuous training, to develop your skills.Conditions according to the CCT in the social parapublic sector, indefinite duration.
