For our client, a recognized and well-established company in the Lausanne region, active in the sanitary sector, we are recruiting a:Sanitary Technician with Federal Diploma - Site Supervision and Customer ServiceYour mission:- Ensure technical monitoring and after-sales service sites, and sanitary repairs- Be the face of the company to a demanding clientele: real estate agencies, property managers, caretakers, and owners- Perform technical visits, establish diagnoses, advise, and propose adapted solutions- Prepare offers, quotes, and tenders, and ensure follow-up until completion- Coordinate installation teams and subcontractor partners, ensure compliance with deadlines and quality- Guarantee impeccable customer service through your responsiveness and sense of serviceYour profile - Federal Diploma required:- You hold a Federal Diploma as a Sanitary Foreman, a Federal Diploma as a Sanitary Project Manager, or an ES degree in building technology with a sanitary focus- Confirmed field experience in Switzerland in the sanitary sector, ideally with experience in site supervision- Genuine commercial flair and excellent customer service, you enjoy contact and know how to convince- Autonomous, organized, solution-oriented, and responsible- Category B driving license essentialWe offer you:- A permanent position at 100%, with a high degree of autonomy- A role with responsibilities, between technical and commercial, far from routine- Start date: immediately or by arrangementPlease send us your application file.
