Active for over 65 years in the Lake Geneva region, the Romanens Group is a family business specialising in construction, property development, and outdoor landscaping. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a certified architect capable of developing and overseeing our construction and transformation projects.

Your mission

• Elaboration and development of architectural projects
• Preparation and coordination of planning application files
• Creation of plans and technical documents
• Follow-up of administrative procedures with municipalities and authorities
• Coordination with contractors and specialists
• Participation in the development of the group’s real estate projects
• Support for internal teams in total/general contracting

Your profile

• Certified architect HES, EPF or equivalent qualification
• REG A or REG B registration allowing the signing of building permit applications in French-speaking Switzerland
• Experience in project development and planning application procedures
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations
• Proficiency in drawing and modelling software (ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent)
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised person
• Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
