We offer a warm welcome, competent and personalised advice, a wide range of 30,000 items, and more than 2,000 promotions each week.
Cashier/Receptionist - 100%
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact and provide professional service to our clientele.
Cash registers:
- Ensure a quick checkout, with rigorous and attentive scanning of products.
- Ensure the filling, rotation, and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, workwear, candles), ensuring their availability.
- Ensure the security of the cash register area and control goods exits in coordination with the managers.
Reception:
- Answer the phone, transfer calls.
- Develop the existing clientele, handle and respond to customer requests and complaints with kindness and professionalism.
- Provide information and ensure follow-up of customer card requests, in collaboration with customer service.
- Perform and control the follow-up of transactions on the safe application, detect and correct errors.
- Transmit daily statements with supporting documents to accounting.
- Administrative management of gift vouchers, restau-clubs, and cash differences.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC, retail management CFC, or equivalent training considered
- Proven experience in reception and cash register. We are looking for a smiling, motivated person, ready to learn and develop.
- Comfortable with numbers and customer service.
- Dynamic, rigorous, highly autonomous, and responsible.
- Very good presentation, flexibility (including Saturdays), and willingness to work in a team.
- Perfect command of French and common IT tools
