Case ManagerJob DescriptionThe Cantonal Office for Scholarships and Apprenticeships (OCBE), within the Directorate of Social Aid and Insurance (DIRAAS) of the Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS), is responsible for granting financial aid for post-compulsory education. As a case manager, you prepare decisions regarding aid for education and apprenticeships for eligible individuals, receive applications, verify their content, and enter them into the system.Responsibilities- Calculate grants and prepare decisions regarding aid for education and apprenticeships for eligible individuals;- Receive applications, verify their content, and enter them into the system;- Compile annual files for applicants;- Ensure public reception at the counter and inform applicants regarding the legal provisions governing the granting of scholarships and apprenticeship grants;- Manage the telephone switchboard, requests for information by mail and email, and process incoming mail.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent training;- Professional experience of at least [X] in a similar position, in front-office;- Tenacity and a developed sense of responsibility;- Ability and flexibility;- Good organizational skills and perfect management of priorities;- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality;- Writing skills and mastery of office tools.Who are we?The Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) offers the inhabitants of the Canton of Vaud support and integration measures, accommodation solutions in medico-social institutions, as well as financial aid.
