To strengthen our Case Management team, we are looking for a Case Management Specialist at %To your roleAs a Case Management Specialist in the field of daily allowances for the Romandy region, you take on the overall follow-up of cases and support our insured individuals in demanding situations. You implement individual solutions for reintegration and coordinate between insured individuals, employers, doctors, and insurers. You thus combine technical expertise in the field of social insurance with a solution-oriented working method. Even in complex cases, you maintain an overview and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of reintegrations and to high-quality service.Your tasksYou manage and coordinate cases globally and ensure that cases progress in a structured manner, actively communicating with insured individuals, doctors, other social insurances, as well as contractual partners, both digitally and on-site. You conduct interviews with sick employees who can be reintegrated and ensure coordination with all involved partners such as employers, social insurances, and suppliers. You guarantee knowledge transfer within the team and regularly present reports on the progress of cases to the specialists in the center.Your profileYou have completed vocational training as a commercial employee or in a paramedical field, as well as further training in the field of social insurance (e.g., certificate in social insurance), ideally complemented by further training in Case Management (e.g., CAS).You have several years of professional experience in social insurance and/or in Case Management, possess good knowledge, and work autonomously, structured, and proactively. French is your first language; good German language skills are essential, as internal communication and team meetings are conducted in German. Knowledge of Italian is a plus. You stand out for your high capacity for solution-oriented interviews as well as your team spirit and keen sense of responsibility. Used to working independently, preferably, you reside in Switzerland.
