Through efficient and high-quality services provided by a single provider, we help our clients and partners to organise their benefits processes optimally and to develop as best as possible in the health insurance market. Case Management Specialist 80-100%

Your role: As a Case Management specialist in the field of daily allowances for the French-speaking region of Switzerland, you take overall responsibility for benefit cases and support our insured persons in demanding situations. You implement individual solutions for reintegration and coordinate collaboration between insured persons, employers, doctors and insurers. You thus combine technical expertise in social insurance, empathy and a solution-oriented working style. Even in complex cases, you maintain an overview and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of reintegration and high-quality service.

Your tasks

  • You manage and coordinate benefit cases comprehensively and ensure that cases proceed in a structured manner.
  • You maintain active communication with insured persons, doctors, other social insurances as well as contractual partners, both digitally and on site.
  • You conduct interviews with sick employees who can be reintegrated and ensure coordination with all involved partners such as employers, social insurances and service providers.
  • You ensure knowledge transfer within the team and regularly present reports on the integration process to the specialists of the benefits centre.

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a commercial or paramedical employee as well as further training in social insurance (e.g. social insurance certificate), ideally complemented by further training in Case Management (e.g. CAS).
  • You have several years of professional experience in social insurance and/or Case Management.
  • You have good IT skills and work independently, in a structured and precise manner.
  • French is your first language; very good knowledge of German (level B2) is essential, as internal communication and team meetings are conducted in German. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
  • You convince with your strong communication skills, solution-oriented interview conduct, team spirit and keen organisational sense.
  • You are accustomed to working independently from home and it is essential that you reside in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (ideally between Geneva and Lausanne).
