As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Case Management Team Manager to lead and structure our medical department. Reporting to the Medical Department, you are responsible for the management and medical oversight of the case management activity. You ensure optimal handling of complex cases, ensuring the quality of care pathways, the compliance of medical decisions, and cost control.Main responsibilities include:Management- Lead, animate, and develop a team of case managers.- Manage team activity (resource planning, performance monitoring).- Define and evolve case management procedures and standards.Supervision of complex cases- Supervise and intervene on files with high medical or financial complexity.- Validate payment guarantees, prior agreements, and therapeutic plans.- Ensure monitoring of hospitalizations and expensive or long-term treatments.Medical expertise & governance- Ensure the consistency of decisions in collaboration with medical advisors.- Contribute to medical governance and continuous improvement of processes.- Provide expertise in the areas of underwriting, claims, and medical costs.Cost & performance management- Deploy cost containment strategies on high-stakes cases.- Analyze medical data and costs (benchmarks, quality of care).- Optimize care pathways with an efficiency objective.Communication & coordination- Ensure coordination between internal teams, partners, and providers.- Maintain fluid communication with stakeholders.- Produce regular reports and track key performance indicators.Profile- Excellent understanding of medical, financial, and contractual issues.- Strong analytical, decision-making, and complex case management skills.- Very good communication and customer service skills.- Proficiency in English and French (any other language is a plus).Why join us?- A dynamic and stimulating environment, at the heart of global health.- A position with a strong impact on service quality and performance.- Flexible working conditions (flexible hours, partial remote work).- Opportunities for development and continuous training.- A corporate culture based on trust, diversity, and inclusion.Interested?Join UNIQA and actively contribute to improving the health and lives of our policyholders around the world.Send us your complete file (CV, diplomas, and cover letter) — we look forward to discovering your profile.
