CarpenterFor one of our Geneva clients, we are looking for a:Head of Carpentry, Fitting, and DoorsYour missionWithin a recognized company in the canton of Geneva, specializing in carpentry, custom fitting, and doors, you are responsible for the management and production. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities and support production teams- Ensure the reading and interpretation of technical plans- Supervise the production of doors, fitting elements, frames, sub-frames, and custom carpentry works- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of work, and client requirements- Manage supplies and optimize production resources- Collaborate closely with technical offices, site managers, and installation teams- Guarantee compliance with safety standards and internal proceduresYour profile- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in carpentry or an equivalent qualification- Confirmed experience in carpentry and fitting- Successful experience as a team leader or in a similar function- Excellent knowledge of production techniques and plan reading- Solid skills in team management and production planning- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to make decisionsWe offer- A key position within a solid and recognized company in Geneva- Varied and stimulating projects- Start date to be agreed uponDo you recognize yourself in this profile?
