To support the Human Capital department, within our Human Resources Directorate, we are looking for a:Career Team Leader (M/F) at 100%Your role and responsibilitiesIn direct support of the Department Head, you ensure the smooth daily operation of the Career department and the rigorous monitoring of files related to the employee lifecycle. You play a key role in coordinating activities, priorities, and HR monitoring, while fostering fluid communication and constructive collaboration between different departments. You also participate in talent management, projects, as well as the continuous improvement of processes and the organization of the department to ensure efficient and structured operation.This position also involves significant editorial activity. You are required to draft, proofread, and validate various HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, procedures, or reports. You ensure the editorial quality of the documents produced, guaranteeing their clarity, consistency, and compliance.Profile sought- Federal HR Certificate or equivalent experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management and career management, including 3 years in a function requiring the coordination and supervision of a team- Excellent command of spoken and written French as well as excellent writing skills- Very good command of MS 365 tools and Excel- Knowledge of ProConcept and HR software: an assetPersonal qualitiesYou are an organized, reliable, and structured person, capable of ensuring rigorous follow-up of files and maintaining good organization of activities in a dynamic environment.
