Join our team as a career guidance counsellor!
Passionate about supporting young people in their future choices, you will play a key role in helping them build a solid and informed career plan.
In this role, you will conduct individual guidance interviews, lead workshops and classroom interventions, and work closely with school, training, and professional partners. You will thus help support pupils at the end of compulsory schooling or in transition during a crucial stage of their journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling consultations according to demand and needs to develop a training or integration project.
- Support and assist pupils in implementing the means necessary to achieve this project.
- Ensure administrative follow-up (consultant files, various indicators, reports, ...)
- Inform and respond to information requests from the target audience.
- Maintain close collaboration with school, Transition (T1), and professional partners.
- Update knowledge and contribute to enriching the knowledge and practices of career guidance counsellors.

Qualifications
- Master of Science (MSc) in psychology, specialising in counselling and guidance, or specialised training in career guidance, university-level or provided by an institution recognised by SEFRI, required.
- Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in management, human resources and career management, or equivalent training, desirable.
- Relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of the regional economic fabric.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss and Vaud education systems.
- Facilitation skills.
- Basic user-level IT knowledge required.
- Driving licence necessary.
Disclosure of any criminal record is required for this position.
