Are you passionate about career choice issues and motivated to support young people at the end of compulsory schooling? Do you want to help them find their path and build their professional future? This position is for you!

As a guidance counsellor, you will support students at the end of compulsory schooling or in transition by conducting career guidance interviews with students in the final years of compulsory education. You will lead workshops and sessions in classes and collaborate with various partners from the school, training, and professional sectors.

• Conduct counselling consultations based on demand and needs to develop a training or integration project.
• Support and assist students in implementing the means necessary to achieve this project.
• Ensure administrative follow-up (consultant files, various indicators, reports, ...)
• Inform and respond to information requests from the target audience.
• Maintain close collaboration with partners from the school, Transition (T1), and the professional world.
• Update knowledge and contribute to enriching the knowledge and practices of career guidance counsellors.

• Master of Science (MSc) in psychology, specialising in counselling and guidance, or specialised training in career guidance, university-level or provided by an institution recognised by SEFRI required.
• Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in management, human resources and career management, or equivalent training preferred.
• Relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
• Good knowledge of the Swiss and Vaud education systems
• Facilitation skills
• Basic user-level IT knowledge required
• Driving licence necessary
