Offer individual advice to EPFL staff in the development of their careers. Actively contribute to the transition into professional life through workshops and other events aimed at supporting students in their transition from university to work. Regularly inform about support systems, methods and tools, sectors of activity, professions, and the job market, both globally and locally. With the support of the CED, the Leadership & Development Domain, and, more broadly, the entire EPFL, ensure monitoring regarding studies at EPFL as well as in other similar institutions in Switzerland and abroad. Participate in general activities of the CED and contribute to the life of CED and its outreach.MissionEnsure the provision of individual counseling, deliver workshops, and facilitate sessions in the field of professional insertion.ProfileYou possess a Master's degree, preferably in counseling, or an equivalent experience. Ideally, you have professional experience in the academic world in the fields of professional integration or employment. You have skills in pedagogical engineering and competency management. You have extensive knowledge of the business world and the local economic fabric, as well as being client-oriented. Your analytical skills and your ability to work in groups are among your strengths. You are recognized for your analytical capability and your ease in a multicultural environment. You master French and English (minimum C1 level).
