To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in management, we are looking for a Care Manager (m/f/x) for the North Vaud region, who will join the Care Management service within the Department of Life Insurance and Personal Insurance (PAP). Your missions will include: - Conducting courtesy visits in the field of loss of income due to illness. - Negotiating to encourage parties to adopt a consensual solution to enable a quick return to the job market in cases where the absence is related to the workplace. - Contacting various stakeholders (employer, unemployment office, disability insurance, etc.) and coordinating actions to achieve a triple win (employer - employee - insurer). - Negotiating with and/or insurers. Your profile: - Legal background or federal certification in insurance. - Confirmed professional experience in the field of personal insurance desired. - Ideally, experience in labor law and/or proficiency in oral and written French (German a plus) and mastery of common tools (MS Office).
