Your mission:

• Offer personalised care adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries;
• Provide hygiene, comfort and support care in accordance with best practices;
• Carry out a care round independently within a defined geographical area;
• Ensure the traceability of care and the transmission of essential information for continuity of care;
• Participate in assessing the needs of beneficiaries and report any changes in their condition;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and the multidisciplinary team;
• Intervene in the context of regular assignments, occasional replacements or urgent on-call missions;
• Contribute to maintaining the autonomy and well-being of people cared for at home.

Your profile:

• You hold a Care Assistant diploma or an equivalent qualification;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant;
• You ideally have prior successful experience in home care;
• You have good knowledge of the Geneva and/or Vaud care network, an advantage;
• You are organised, autonomous, flexible and adaptable;
• You are comfortable with IT tools;
• You have a personal vehicle (an advantage) or are mobile within your area of intervention;
• You can manage emergency situations with professionalism and composure;
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and discretion;
• You enjoy teamwork while being capable of working independently;
• Your criminal record is clean;
• You are available for regular, occasional or on-call assignments according to your availability.
