As part of strengthening the on-site presence and deterrence at certain locations in the canton of Geneva, GPA is bolstering its canine brigade to complement the classic service provisions. The brigade intervenes in collaboration with teams of supervisors and clients at various sites.K9 Security Agent (Canine Brigade)Your role:- Ensure prevention and deterrence on site with the help of a trained security dog.- Conduct surveillance rounds, including at night and on weekends.- Intervene in case of incidents or alarms from clients.- Respect internal procedures and specific site instructions.- Participate in internal exercises and training with the canine brigade.Profile sought:We are looking for reliable, respectful individuals with the following skills and qualities:- Mastery of surveillance and round techniques.- Good stress management during interventions.- Handling the dog* in real situations (deterrence, controlled defense).- Writing digital reports via tablet or smartphone.- Knowledge of round and incident logging software.- Fluent in French, English or any other language is a plus.*Dog must be trained, identified, and up-to-date with vaccinations.Behavioral competencies (soft skills):- Composure.- Reactivity.- Team spirit.- Autonomy.- Rigor.- Impeccable integrity.Working conditions:- Type: Permanent contract.- Rate: 100%.- Location: Canton of Geneva / Vaud.- Schedule: Variable – including nights, weekends, and public holidays.- Salary and benefits: According to current collective agreement + canine bonus.- Work environment: Fieldwork in autonomy, in pairs with the dog within a passionate brigade (ongoing training and support in the field). jid5daea7daen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
