We offer an inspiring and thriving environment.Les Roches Crans-Montana is seeking a highly organized and proactive Campus Events Specialist to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of campus events. This role ensures events run smoothly by aligning internal and external stakeholders, overseeing logistics, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The position offers the opportunity to implement and improve processes, contributing to excellence across the campus.- Lead the delivery of diverse campus events, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, timelines, and workflows.- Oversee logistical elements including space setup, equipment, vendor services, and F&B purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and track budgets using Excel to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.- Develop and refine event management processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration with all relevant departments to integrate events seamlessly into the broader campus experience.Experience and Skills- Experience in event management, hospitality, or project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.- Strong Excel skills, including budget tracking, planning, and reporting.- Experience in structuring, documenting, and improving processes.- Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and budgets.- Experience managing food & beverage using BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) is a plus.- Fluency in English and French is required.- Strong sense of ownership and execution focus.- Service-oriented mindset aligned with hospitality standards.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail.- Adaptability and flexibility when managing changing priorities. jidaa3e94caen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
