Based in Montreux, the group designs and manufactures, in Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, hoods and refrigerated cabinets, water drainage systems, as well as cold, neutral, and hot furniture intended for the world of professional kitchens. In parallel with its activities, GINOX develops concepts each year and carries out turnkey kitchen projects for hundreds of new clients in Switzerland, Europe and as part of the development of our new department dedicated to professional solutions, particularly custom showcases, based at our headquarters in Chailly-Montreux, we are looking for a (100%). Your Challenges:You will be responsible for the management and costing of offers and submissions for projects. In this context, your tasks will include:- Preparing commercial offers and pricing in close collaboration with our sales team.- Contacting our suppliers for price requests and technical data sheets.- Updating our item database.- Monitoring upcoming submission projects on dedicated platforms.- Establishing order forms in case of equipment requisitions.- Controlling plans and relaying information for delivery on site in coordination with the Project Manager during kick-off meetings.- Following up on client deposits and the final invoice in coordination with clients.Your Profile:- CFC of commercial employee or equivalent.- Proficiency in French.
