A Café Restaurant has requested our assistance to find their future: Café Restaurant Manager (M/F)Café Restaurant Manager (M/F)MISSION DESCRIPTIONManager – Opening of Café-Restaurants (100%)In the context of opening two new café-restaurants located in Carouge and Grand-Saconnex, we are looking for a passionate Manager, capable of leading a project from its launch and ensuring its long-term success. As a true cornerstone of the project, you will ensure the overall management, human resources, and operations of the two establishments, while guaranteeing the quality of culinary production, service, and customer experience, in compliance with standards in both the kitchen and dining areas, which is essential.Main ResponsibilitiesKitchen & Production- Supervision of culinary production- Guaranteeing quality, quantities, and adherence to recipes- Ability to step in the kitchen and cover for the second chef, especially during the opening context- Overall management of dining room and kitchen during low and high traffic periods- Managing priorities between the two sites- Ensuring a consistent customer experienceHuman Resources- Training and supervising dining room teams- Scheduling and management of planning- Establishing a healthy and structured working environment from the openingManagement & Finance- Responsibility for cash management (opening, closing, audits)- Monitoring revenue and costs- Managing supplier orders and controlling costs to reduce lossesHygiene & Safety- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards- Implementation and follow-up of internal procedures- Ensuring cleanliness of premises (dining room, kitchen, storage)The Concept of the EstablishmentThis establishment is part of a café-restaurant concept with a strong barista identity, blended with healthy options. - Opening from breakfast, with a specialty coffee offering and carefully selected products- Continuous service until 3 PM, allowing customers to dine at any time- Evolving menu, entirely homemade, designed to cater to different times of the day: breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks- The establishment will also serve as a production kitchen, dedicated to ready-to-go meals for the second establishment- Closing at 6 PM- On Saturdays and Sundays, highlighting a generous, friendly, and convivial brunch concept- Experience in kitchen/pastry/bakery required- Experience in café-restaurant management desired- Team management experience essential- Multi-site experience is a real advantage- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability- Versatility and strong leadership capacity- Client-oriented with attention to detail- Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage unforeseen eventsWhat the position offers- A responsible role at the heart of an opening project- 100% daytime activity- Weekend work- Regular travel between Carouge and Grand-Saconnex jidf9f10f5aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
