Responsibilities

  • Research and identify suitable suppliers for excursions and hotel stays.
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms.
  • Conduct annual rebuying and reconfirmation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to align offerings with guest expectations.
  • Maintain accurate contract and pricing records.
  • Conduct site visits and supplier meetings as needed.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues proactively.
  • Responsible for ongoing Scenic Contract Management System

Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in contracting, tourism, DMCs, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel in assigned region.
