a Buyer, General Services
Your mission
- Ensure compliance with and optimisation of Sgipa's purchasing policy.
- Manage investments and the procurement of goods and services necessary for the operation of activities within the budgetary process.
- Structure, secure and simplify purchasing processes within the institution.
- Support teams in their purchasing procedures by promoting simple, compliant and efficient solutions.
- Oversee the management, evaluation and referencing of suppliers, contracts and strategic purchases, ensuring quality, transparency and cost control.
- Contribute to the evolution and modernisation of purchasing practices, notably by integrating environmental and social criteria.
Your profile
- Higher education in purchasing, logistics, administration or equivalent, or commercial training complemented by significant experience in purchasing.
- Proven experience in a purchasing, supply logistics or operational coordination role.
- Mastery of purchasing processes, including supplier negotiation, contract monitoring and tenders (public contracts/AIMP).
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal skills, internal service orientation and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ability to structure data and indicators.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
