Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

• Higher technical education, such as HES / ES / CFC in electronics (or considered equivalent)
• Proven experience in electronic and/or mechanical purchasing in an industrial environment
• Good technical knowledge enabling understanding of purchased products and credible negotiation
• Rigor, analytical mindset, leadership, autonomy and ability to effectively structure your priorities
• Customer orientation, cost and deadline awareness, excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of an ERP, SAP = an asset
• Ideally French or German = native language, with good knowledge of the other language; English = good command

• Define and deploy the electronic and mechanical purchasing strategy according to company objectives
• Manage suppliers: research, approval, objectives, performance evaluation and dispute follow-up
• Optimise the supplier panel, negotiate purchasing conditions and participate in contract establishment
• Conduct ongoing market monitoring to anticipate product developments, supply and demand
• Manage tenders and contribute to improving prices of series products
• Provide operational support to purchasers and technical expertise within customer projects
