The Fleury site specializes in the drying and packaging of meat products. In an environment subject to strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth production and guaranteeing impeccable quality of the finished products. Key Responsibilities:- Carry out the key steps of meat product processing: salting, drying, cooking, and packaging.- Ensure the continuity of the production flow by respecting established instructions and standards.- Operate specific equipment (presses, tumblers, Pic 99, industrial dryers) and make necessary adjustments.- Ensure cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.- Apply HACCP standards and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.- Monitor product compliance according to defined quality criteria.- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.- Support newcomers and share good ideas to improve processes and optimize performance (Lean, time savings, waste reduction).- Actively participate in managing non-conformities by isolating and reporting any product that does not meet standards.Qualifications:- Completed professional apprenticeship in the food industry, butchery, or equivalent processes.- 2 - 3 years of successful initial experience in food production is required.
