It develops and markets, by client segment, public service and competitive offers to help consume better, at the right time, and at the best cost, while sustainably reducing the carbon footprint. These offers support renewable energies and energy in service of a sustainable Geneva.As Director, you manage the Consulting & Business Engineering (BE) activity by covering the entire value chain, from the design of customized energy solutions to the deployment of standardized offers, up to the development of an ecosystem. In close connection with the teams and support of SIG, you coordinate stakeholders and guarantee the coherence, performance, and effective deployment of missions.Strategy & Development- Define and carry the strategy for client solutions and services in coherence with the strategy of offers and the priorities of SIG.- Identify growth opportunities and manage the action plan.Consulting & Business Engineering- Manage the sale and deployment of standardized and transactional offers.- Guarantee economic performance and client satisfaction, by mastering risks, margins, and profitability of projects.- Develop technical-commercial excellence and manage commercial activities.Management & Team- Structure and animate networks of partners and prescribers of value creation models to strengthen the visibility and impact of offers.- Unite and develop the team, strengthen interfaces with activities and support functions, and guarantee regulatory compliance as well as the mastery of processes.Your personality and your skills- Confirmed leader, you know how to develop a vision and a strategy with your team.
