Operations Specialist (m/f) HYDRO SA is an important service provider, particularly involved in the maintenance and servicing of energy generation plants. We combine all the necessary competencies under one roof, from development to operating and maintaining a portfolio of more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% when combined, the plants we operate generate about 16% of the electricity needs in the region). Our range of services caters to electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and the industry. We primarily operate in Switzerland but occasionally carry out assignments abroad. Operations Specialist (m/f) Workplace: Mission: You will carry out maintenance work in various hydropower plants and participate in maintenance work on mechanical tasks: - Independently performing repair and maintenance work on various hydropower plants - Executing assignments in maintenance (maintenance work, periodic checks, and inspections according to the maintenance program) - Contributing to maintenance, renewal, and expansion work in hydropower plants - Applying the required safety, quality, and environmental regulations to ensure smooth work processes - Ensuring on-call duty - Performing cleaning and landscaping work Your competencies: - 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial enterprise, preferably in maintenance - Sense of responsibility - Willingness to work in a team and geographical mobility - Ability to master challenges We are one of the leading companies in our field and offer you excellent employment conditions, training opportunities, and a motivating environment.
