## About Our Client ##

Our client is an **international organisation based in Geneva**, involved in large-scale programmes with a global impact.

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance delivery, the organisation is looking to reinforce its team with a **Business Process & Operations Officer**.

## Job Description ##

Reporting to a senior manager within the operations function, you will contribute to the **optimisation of core business processes, systems and workflows**, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement across complex programmes.

This role sits at the intersection of **process design, project coordination, systems implementation and change management** within a highly collaborative, international environment.**Project Coordination & Delivery**

* Contribute to the structuring and execution of **project plans**, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* Track progress, identify dependencies and proactively escalate risks
* Support governance processes by preparing documentation, reporting and decision materials



**Business Process Analysis & Improvement**

* Analyse current processes, workflows and data to identify **inefficiencies and improvement opportunities**
* Contribute to the redesign and optimisation of **end-to-end operational processes**
* Develop and maintain **process documentation**, guidelines and tools



**Systems & Data**

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between **business needs and system solutions**
* Support testing phases (UAT), ensuring systems meet operational and reporting requirements
* Contribute to improving **data quality, consistency and usage** across processes



**Change Management & Implementation**

* Support the development and rollout of **change management initiatives**
* Create user-oriented materials (guidelines, communications, training sessions) to support adoption
* Facilitate smooth integration of new processes into day-to-day operations



**Operational Support & Process Execution**

* Contribute to the execution of key operational activities in line with defined processes and standards
* Investigate and resolve process-related issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner
* Ensure consistency and reliability in operational outputs and data

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Initial experience in **business process optimisation, project management, operations or consulting**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with **cross-functional teams in complex environments**
* Exposure to **systems implementation, data flows or process improvement initiatives**
* Knowledge of **change management approaches**
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Structured, proactive and adaptable mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* **Fluent English required**, French is a plus
