Business Systems ManagerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Systems Manager for the Business and IT Management Department of the General Directorate for Digital and Systems (DGNSI), responsible for the School System and the System. If you wish to contribute to the evolution of the IT systems of the Canton of Vaud, and if the fields of education and cultural affairs are of particular interest to you, then join us!ResponsibilitiesUnder the responsibility of the Business Manager, define the vision and development strategy of the business IT system to meet the challenges and needs of the beneficiary services and the institutions concerned.Accompany beneficiary services in their business or technological monitoring with their partners: other cantons, etc.Plan, initiate, and supervise the evolutions of the business IT system.Document the business IT system repository (processes, functional, technical) and report to the management of the IT and Business Management domain.Complete applications in a single PDF file (CV in French, cover letter). For any further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.ProfileExperience in the management and direction of projects.Direction of several projects of importance (or complex) in a similar environment (public administration or large company).Master's degree in the field of information systems or equivalent title.Experience in information systems.Having carried out projects such as the implementation and optimization of processes, or IT system master plans.Experience, or failing that, a strong interest in the field of education and culture in Switzerland, as well as a sensitivity to the functioning of public institutions or administrations.Technical knowledge and infrastructure are a strong asset.Resistance to stress, and pedagogy.Rigor, autonomy, and precision in work (monitoring, reporting, documentation).Special conditions:May be required to work outside usual working hours (night, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday).Residence in Switzerland.WHO ARE WE?The General Directorate for Digital and Systems (DGNSI) coordinates the implementation of the cantonal digital strategy and supports the digital transformation of the administration.
