What will you do

  • Reporting & analysis: 
    • Developing and maintaining recurring commercial and subscription reports (sales, customers, ARR, churn / retention, usage etc.)
    • Performing ad hoc analyses on customers, products, channels, process efficiency to answer business questions
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse complex findings and translate them into actionable insights
  • Pricing:
    • Supporting pricing exercises (list prices, discounts, subscription packaging, promotions) through data preparation and scenario modeling
    • Monitoring price realization, margin erosion, and subscription plan performance
    • Identifying issues and recommend corrective actions with Sales and Finance teams
  • Data projects:
    • Collaborating with IT/Data teams on data models, integrations, BI solutions, and new data sources
    • Providing business requirements and validate outputs from a commercial perspective.
    • Driving improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics scalability.
What do we expect
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Revenue Analyst role, ideally in a B2B or subscription?driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Power Query or similar is a plus
  • Experience with PowerBI and working with data teams or IT on reporting solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial reporting, subscription or recurring?revenue analysis, and/or pricing analysis
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue, margin, subscription, and pricing drivers
  • Ability to work with complex, cross?system data (CRM, billing, subscription platform) and partner effectively with IT/Data teams
  • Structured, detail?oriented working style with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain analytical insights to commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements in reporting, data, and pricing
