Business Analyst & Test Manager
Job description:
Support a key regulatory and system upgrade project by driving testing and business analysis activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across SIT and UAT phases.

Requirements:
Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities (SIT & UAT)
Prepare, document, and execute test cases, including regression testing
Track and manage defects, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Support business users during UAT and facilitate sign-off
Monitor testing progress, risks, and results, ensuring transparent reporting
Contribute to go-live readiness and ensure quality gates are met
Competences:
Experience as Business Analyst and/or Test Specialist in IT or regulatory projects
Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation and execution
Experience with SWIFT processes or messaging is a plus
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
Experience working with business, IT, and external stakeholders
Knowledge of structured testing methodologies and documentation standards
Skills

Languages
English: Good level required
