For our client based in Nyon, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Business Control Analyst / Management Control. The role is to act as a liaison between departments, finance, and systems. Our client is a dynamic company based in Nyon.ResponsibilitiesThe position includes the following responsibilities:- Business analysis and Key User ERP: ensure the role of interface between business and technical teams by collecting and prioritizing needs, managing requests and tickets, participating in agile project management, providing training, and ensuring functional support to promote optimal ERP adoption.- Management control and performance monitoring: produce and analyze financial data while ensuring reporting and variance analysis, supporting teams in understanding KPIs, and proposing monitoring tools and processes.- BI: carry out and ensure the reliability of data analyses with business, finance, and BI teams, collecting and consolidating data, producing decision-making analyses, and continuously improving the quality of reports and data.The ideal candidate should present the following elements:- Higher education in finance, management control, business analysis, analysis, or project management.- 5+ years of experience combining finance, business analysis, and projects.- Previous experience as a Key User on an ERP, Odoo is highly appreciated.- Rigor and sense of autonomy, ability to interact with various stakeholders.Conditions and BenefitsThe possibility of having a cross-functional vision of the company by combining finance, ERP, and business analysis at the heart of decisions and performance. jid764ee6faen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
