Building Technology (HVAC & Electricity)Responsible for the operation of technical systems and the energy efficiency of the Tower and its annexes, the Technician ensures, under the responsibility of the Facility Manager, the implementation of rigorous and controlled management of HVAC and electrical systems. In a complex and demanding technical environment, the Technician contributes to performance, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity, guaranteeing a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment meeting the highest standards.Main Missions- Ensure the operation and maintenance of HVAC (heating, sanitary) and electrical systems (high & low voltage)- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as complex fault diagnosis- Officially represent the company before the inspection body (OIBT inspections, periodic checks)- Ensure monitoring and compliance (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA)- Coordinate external service providers, manage maintenance contracts, and ensure follow-up of work- Optimize the energy performance of facilities- Manage documentation via CMMS/CAFM tools- Act as the interface with FM teams and technical stakeholdersProfile Sought- Experience — minimum 5 to 7 years confirmed — in the operation of complex technical buildings, with dual competence in HVAC and electrical technique (electrician, refrigeration technician, or building technician)- Article 13 OIBT (mandatory condition without exception) — required for official representation before inspection bodies- Experience in contract management and site monitoring- Mastery of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA)- Electrical expertise (high voltage distribution, UPS/generator backup, low voltage security) and HVAC (AHU, refrigeration machines, BMS/BEMS)- Advanced diagnostic capability, reading of plans and technical diagramsAptitudes- Rigor and a keen sense of responsibility in a demanding technical environment- Cross-functional leadership and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders- Resistance to stress and responsiveness in crisis situations or technical emergencies- Availability to ensure on-call duty (evenings, weekends, public holidays)- Analysis of technical risks and ability to propose concrete solutionsLanguages- Perfect command of French, oral and written- German is a major assetConditions- Location: Geneva- Activity rate: 100%- Start date: October 1st jidbef3942aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
