As part of a permanent position, the OK Job Xpert department is looking for a Building Technician for a masonry company to manage structural work for new construction projects in the canton of Vaud.Building Technician with a Building Technician (ES) degree, Civil/Building Engineer, or equivalent experience in site management for structural work projects of at least 5 years.- Independent, reliable, and project-oriented.- Willingness to commit long-term to a company that will value your daily investment.Your mission:- Preparation of quotes, tenders, measurements, and invoices, site monitoring, and management of site meetings.- Client management.- Responsible for the quality, deadlines, and costs of projects and site management.- Development of construction methods.- Proposal of technical, innovative, and efficient solutions.- Develop relationships with architects and project owners.Required skills:- Technical expertise in structural work / Building (masonry, concrete).- Phasing of work and prioritization.- Good leadership skills.- Proficiency in office software (MS-Project, Excel, Word, Internet).- Knowledge of a site management software program.Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the job requirements within 10 days; if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not selected your application.
