Building Services DepartmentApprenticeship for Building Maintenance Specialist (CFC) - Concierge (2 positions)Building Services Department is responsible for the management of real estate. It ensures the maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As a representative of the Project Owner, it actively participates in the planning and construction of new buildings or renovation missions.During your apprenticeship, you will develop varied skills in the maintenance of buildings, their surroundings, and green spaces. On a daily basis, you will perform regular cleaning of premises and ensure basic maintenance of technical installations, contributing concretely to the proper functioning of the infrastructure and the comfort of all people who use them. In parallel with maintenance work and waste management, you will actively participate in water and energy saving measures. You will practice a concrete, useful, and essential profession, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules.The positions are offered at the following sites:CPNE - Building and Construction (CPNE-BC) in ColombierCPNE - Technology and Industry (CPNE-TI) in Le LocleYou will be assigned to the different positions based on your place of residence.ProfileYou have completed your schooling and show a marked interest in manual and technical work. Organized, reliable, and motivated, you demonstrate manual dexterity and good physical stamina. You enjoy teamwork but also know how to demonstrate autonomy in managing the tasks entrusted to you. Finally, your command of French allows you to easily understand instructions, communicate effectively, and follow theoretical courses with ease.
