To strengthen our Acquisition and Methods sector in our branch in Gland, we are looking for Concrete, Reinforced Concrete Building - & (M/F) 100% Your mission: The lead for all studies related to tenders, from the analysis of files to the submission of the final offer. In this capacity, he/she studies and optimizes submissions by performing technical and financial evaluations, consulting suppliers and subcontractors, and proposing suitable alternatives. He/she ensures regulatory compliance, competitiveness, and profitability of the offers while coordinating the complete assembly of files. He/she drives and successfully leads studies including the analysis of the file, the project with suppliers and subcontractors, and establishes the response file to responsibilities. You carry out price studies, measurements and budgets based on tender files. You analyze the plans, technical documents to identify the constraints and specifics of each project. You consult suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and optimize costs. You prepare the cost estimates (SMIT), pricing schedules and details, propose technical alternatives and financial solutions. You participate in the method part. Your profile: Holder of a degree in Civil Engineering HES/EPF or experienced ES technician in structural engineering. Knowledge of legal bases, technical standards, and regulations in the field of construction and civil engineering in Switzerland (SIA, VSS, OTConstr., etc.). Mastery of Autocad tools and specific software related to construction. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS X, and confirmed skills in calculation, project management, and demolition techniques. Dynamic, versatile, and motivated, you demonstrate a great ability to work in an organized, rigorous, and precise manner in a demanding environment. You possess great ease facilitating exchanges with various stakeholders.
