About the Role

Our client, an architectural firm specialising in renovation projects, is looking for a building draughtsman or architect profile to support their team during a maternity leave. You will join a small team where you can quickly take charge of defining execution plans and detailed technical drawings for two major projects. This is an opportunity to develop your skills on interesting projects within a versatile team.

Tasks

• Produce execution plans
• Design detailed technical drawings (stairs, guardrails, walkways)
• Prepare layout plans for floor covering installation
• Carry out precise measurements directly on construction sites
• Model all projects using ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
• Participate in site meetings and operational follow-up

We Are Looking For

• You have a background in architecture or building drawing
• You have initial experience in technical drawing
• You have excellent skills in producing plans with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
• You have experience in managing renovation projects (a plus)
• You are available quickly for a 6-month assignment, potentially extendable
