To strengthen our Accident & Health team in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva or Nyon), we are looking for a committed, structured individual with excellent communication skills as a:

Broker Accident & Health (100%, m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities

• Comprehensive advice and support for national and international corporate clients in all areas of accident insurance, daily sickness benefits insurance and related topics
• Manage and conduct market analyses, tenders and comparisons of different offers
• Close partnership with the senior industry specialist, actively contribute to the development of relationships with existing clients and support the acquisition of new clients in close collaboration with client relationship managers and Aon’s international network
• Active participation in internal initiatives as well as cross-functional projects aimed at improving service quality, efficiency and commercial performance

Your profile

• Solid training in social and personal insurance (accidents & illness), AFA diploma is an advantage
• Several years of experience (5-10 years) in advising companies on accident insurance, daily sickness benefits insurance and related topics, ideally within an insurance company or brokerage firm
• Strong client orientation. Ease in contacts with clients, insurance companies and team colleagues
• Ability to work independently and entrepreneurial spirit
• Committed, flexible and positive personality
• Excellent command of French and English (minimum B2), both spoken and written; German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)
