You manage orders and stock related to breakfast. You establish fluid communication with other departments to guarantee a flawless customer experience. You supervise the team and ensure compliance with procedures, managing customer relations by providing personalized welcome and proactive handling of requests.Desired profile You have confirmed experience in a similar position within a high-end establishment. You speak fluent French and English to respond to the needs of a luxury clientele. You supervise with exemplary conduct and know how to convey your sense of service and teamwork. You have excellent presentation, a meticulous approach, and a strong team spirit. You manage priorities effectively and demonstrate responsiveness in any circumstance.
