Our subsidiary in Farvagny (FR) is looking for its Branch Manager.Join Avesco Rent – the Swiss leader in machine and construction equipment rental.Here, your commitment counts: we offer you a meaningful mission, within a close-knit, dynamic, and passionate team.Your missionAs an expert in machine rental, you ensure the management and commercial development of the branch, supervise the team, and are responsible for the branch's economic results.Your responsibilities- Manage quality customer service according to Avesco Rent standards- Plan transport and machine maintenance- Manage the machine fleet and equipment entries/exits- Prepare offers, negotiate, and advise customers- Coordinate team work priorities- Collaborate with other branches and headquarters- Manage the cash register and monitor debtors- Prepare delivery and return notes- Monthly closing and monitoring of invoices- Order spare parts- Personnel management- Recruit, plan, and supervise employees- Motivate and support the team- Organize regular meetings- Guarantee safety and be the main contact person for the branch- Commercial responsibility- Develop and retain the customer base- Implement local commercial strategy- Monitor objectives and increase turnover- Analyze the market and develop the client portfolioYour profile- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent- 3 to 5 years of experience in the service sector- Experience in team management- Good commercial and technical knowledge- Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word)- Excellent writing skills and oral knowledge of German (an asset)What we offerWe are a community that values autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and diversity.
