MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Ensuring the delivery of an innovative, interesting, well attended and easily regulated after-school boarding activities program. Promoting and advertising of all activities, and to ensure that the Boarding program is highly visible to all areas of the school.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Organisation and development of activities on the evening schedule in the Boarding House (7pm - 10pm Monday to Friday starting mid-August 2025).

YOUR PROFILE
You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. You bring energy, an outgoing personality, and a well-organised approach to your work. Flexibility is key, as the role may entail various tasks and responsibilities. Your passion for working with students in an educational setting, coupled with your genuine interest in their development and well-being, is highly valued. Previous experience in camps or similar environments would be beneficial. Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication within the team and with students.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
It is important that the post holder is always aware of Child Protection guidelines and observes a professional distance from students whilst still developing effective working and caring relationships. You understand and embrace the importance of diversity and inclusion and stand against discrimination in any form. Background investigations and reference checks for the past ten years will be conducted during the selection process.
