Axepta SA is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients in the canton of Geneva, a building services designer specializing in HVAC (permanent contract).HVAC BIM DesignerYour missions- Design and produce HVAC technical plans and diagrams using CAD/CAM tools- Perform sizing and energy efficiency calculations according to applicable Swiss standards- Participate in the preparation of technical files intended for authorities and partners- Contribute to project monitoring: exchanges with stakeholders- Actively collaborate on the technical and energy aspects of projects- Draft technical notes, reports, and project documentsProfile- Recognized qualification in HVAC building services (CFC or equivalent)- Experience or solid foundation in HVAC technical drawing- Proficiency in at least one technical drawing software (such as Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD)- Interest in thermal and energy calculations (dedicated software appreciated)- Understanding of project phases according to Swiss standards- Comfortable with common office tools jid61cae63aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
