Independence coupled with institutional support for physicians in research and quality.At Hôpital de La Tour, we aspire to bring together the best talent around our goals, to develop a team that is inspired by the best practices in the world, and to be a place of excellence for healthcare professionals who have the ambition to provide quality care every day.We are recruiting a:Billing Specialist - 6-month Fixed-Term ContractYour mission:- Ensures the processing of files to allow for their billing according to the rules, deadlines, and rates in force.- Enters and checks entries for their billing according to the rules, rates, and deadlines in force.- Keeps the patient file up to date by integrating information and documents such as correspondence, guarantees, etc.- Informs debtors (patients, insurance companies, etc.) upon request about billing, ensuring the image of the institution is promoted.- Processes rejections and requests for information, if necessary in collaboration with clinical services, according to the deadlines and rules in force.- Establishes financial statistics in collaboration with the relevant services.- Transmits to their hierarchy feedback on problems related to the billing of services and proposes process improvements.- Advises clinical services on billable services and billing rules in order to optimize the completeness of billing.- Participates in the configuration of forms and systems related to billing within the framework of their duties and skills.- Keeps up to date on developments in terms of tariff systems, billing rules, and systems, as well as the evolution of clinical activity.- Participates in projects concerning billing and may be required to manage projects independently in their area of competence.We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or equivalent.- Knowledge of the ERP software Opale Blue-Pearl.- Knowledge of medical billing (tariff structures, knowledge of the medical and hospital environment).- Customer-oriented mindset.- Knowledge of IT, in particular Opale.- Professional conscience and ethics, discretion.- Team spirit.- Sense of autonomy and availability.- Sense of listening and benevolence, open-mindedness, impartiality.- Written French and medical vocabulary, knowledge of English and German: an asset.- Ability to adapt to technological evolution.We offer you:- Type of contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract- Percentage: 100% jidf1ff726aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
