Bilingual Security Lodge Agent (part-time, m/f/d) What you can contribute: Management of the lodge and security center's activity within an alarm system framework, video surveillance, and techniques using modern tools. Site monitoring. Engagement of necessary resources on call/request for fire, health, and/or malicious events. Writing activity and event reports. Teamwork, 3x8 shifts (24/7 and 365 days/year). What you bring: Impeccable honorability (no criminal record, no legal proceedings, no payment defaults, Swiss resident, C, B permits with authorized activity (more than 2 years if EU/EFTA national). Perfect command of spoken and written French. Writing skills to inform the logbook and draft documents. Proficiency in English at least at B2 level. Minimum one year of previous experience in the security field with at least 6 months in a lodge. Good knowledge of common tools (Office 360 Suite). Experience in security or alarm management, sound technical skills in video protection systems, alarms, transmission or access control. Strong sense of responsibility and discretion, vigilance, and confidentiality. Great autonomy, ease in emergency management. Good interpersonal skills at all levels and conflict resolution abilities. Very good priority management skills and a particular sensitivity to details, self-control, and sociability in all circumstances. Excellent physical condition, rigor, and precision.
